Where would you base the next region on? [Free Cookies]

Okay, I'm guessing this doesn't just count for the games as the region would apply in the anime, manga etc, so I'll stick this here, rather than gaming general.

Anyway, seeing as GAME FREAK made a region based on New York, it just seems like it's possible they could make a region based on any part of the world next. So my question is this; Where would you base the next region on?

It can be any place, another part of America, Austrailia, maybe even the UK?

Or maybe even just your own made up Region. xD
